Return Window:
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Include all tags, labels, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items. The following items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. Personalized or custom-made items, sale/clearance items (unless defective), digital downloads, or virtual products. Defective, damaged, or wrong items.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange (your choice, subject to availability).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged/wrong.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange for a different size, color, or item (subject to availability), follow the same return process above. We'll send the replacement once we receive our returned item.
